In
the heart of the cosmopolitan city of Vienna, you will be staying in a
quiet side street just off the Mariahilfer Straße, Vienna's main
shopping street. Within two minutes, you can be shopping or visiting one
of the countless cafés, snack-bars or cinemas on one of the busiest
streets in town.
Vienna's art and cultural quarter, the
"Spittelberg", is only a five minutes stroll away. Enjoy the atmosphere
of the various cafés and restaurants in a wonderfully restored
historical area.
A pleasant atmosphere and excellent
service are the reasons why our guests - tourists as well as businessmen

There
is no limit to the service we offer. Let it be in your room or the
breakfast room, or on planning your sight-seeing tour, we are happy to
help. Our service even includes our own costumer car park available for
our guests.
Two separate breakfast rooms with buffet
breakfast are able to accomodate small groups and can also be used as a
conference room . As part of our customer service, we also serve
breakfast before 6:00am and after 10:00am.
All rooms are equipped with WC, shower or
bath and hair-dryer, satellite television, telephone, radio, safe, a
small fridge and free internet-access (partly wireless). Some rooms have
a kitchenette. The room windows are sound-proof. Air exhausters ensure
fresh air even when the windows are closed.
