Aviano and Baronesse are a symbiosis of Vienna tradition and spirit of the times. Both 4-star guest houses which has been manged as a family business
for decades have long been established as a stylish secret tip in Vienna.
Both houses are furnitured in tradtional Viennese style and are comfortable and practical. Every room has a shower or bath/toilet, hair drier, telephone, TV and minibar.
There are no restaurant or bars in the guest houses in order to protect the privacy of the guests. We guarantee herewith the much appreciated relaxation of our guests. Although we are not categorized as a “hotel” we are happy to be a highly
qualfied 4-Star guest house and to set standards and define new ones.
The guest houses Aviano and Baronesse are located in the centre of the city, surrounded by sights, magnificant historical buildings, colourful shopping
streets and the odd legendary place such as the ‘Stock im Eisen’ (one of the oldest symbols in Vienna)
Our guests not only appreciate the ideal location, and the particular atmosphere of our houses, above all they enjoy the attentive service and the feeling that they are always welcome here. Pets are welcome too.
