A most enjoyable way of exploring Vienna is a tour by Fiaker (hackney
carriage). Don’t forget to settle on a price with the coachman before
you set off! A tour (40 minutes) costs approximately € 65 . Fiaker ranks are on Stephansplatz (north
side of the cathedral), in Augustinerstrasse (in front of the
Albertinamuseum) and on Heldenplatz (in front of the monument to

‘Der Dritte Mann: auf den Spuren eines Filmklassikers’.
You
stroll through the city and even along the sewer area at locations
where, over 50 years ago, The Third Man was shown, the movie with
Orson Welles as the main character. The walk is organized each year on
Monday and Friday at 4pm. It starts at the subway station Stadtpark,
exit Johannesgasse, a reservation is not necessary. Price: € 16/8.50,
